Insurance litigation
- Settlement of a case for a man who needed a heart transplant. The Perrin Law Firm got his insurance company and his employer to combine to pay for the heart transplant, provide him unlimited future medical coverage, and pay him a salary whether he was able to work or not for ten years.
Legal malpractice
- Lubbock, Texas—$2,250,000 settlement against a large law firm and GMAC.
Medical malpractice
- Las Cruces (Dona Ana County), New Mexico—$1,000,000 verdict. A case of a missed perforated bowel and delayed treatment for a man with a colostomy.
- Silver City (Grant County), New Mexico—$950,000 verdict. Involved the death of a 69-year-old woman.
- Roswell (Chaves County), New Mexico—$500,000 verdict. Involved the death of a 71-year-old woman.
- A large settlement in dental malpractice where temporomandibular joint (TMJ) surgery left a portion of the patient's face paralyzed.
- Settlements in excess of Texas damages cap in cases involving infant deaths due to nursing malpractice.
Personal injury
- Case against Allsups Convenience Store in New Mexico that resulted in a verdict for the plaintiff who was injured while using a telephone in front of the Allsups store.
- Large settlements in truck collision cases over the years, including eye and facial injuries, broken bones, and soft tissue injuries.
